We share our performance data with the whole team and involve them in the creation of our strategy and big decisions. With 3 or 4 all-staff strategy sessions each year, everyone has a voice.

Our entire team comes together, from gathering to celebrate our big wins, to aligning everyone for future plans and just to catch up! We also have an annual get together for Summer and Christmas, to celebrate everyone's hard work and the business' progress.
