Y.O.U underwear is currently recruiting for a part-time Business Operations Manager to help drive the day-to-day running and development of the business, working closely with the CEO to help support our customers and grow the business in line with its strategic goals.
Y.O.U underwear is a social impact business trying to change the world one pair of pants at a time. Following a significant period of growth we are now seeking a pro-active, enthusiastic individual to support the CEO in driving the business forwards, meeting our social and environmental targets, and helping create a sustainable long-term business.

This will be a part-time position working remotely as part of the core Y.O.U underwear team. It is anticipated to be a 3-4 day / week commitment and will be paid at the UK Living Wage on an hourly/daily rate, to be invoiced monthly on an on-going (freelance) basis.
The role would suit someone early in their career looking who is looking to gain experience in a company aligned with their values, or someone looking for a flexible position to sit alongside other work, study or family commitments.
