Business Operations Executive
Are you organised, efficient and love getting stuck in to systems and making a business work better? We're looking for someone to help with our backend fulfilment and stock management work. You'll get involved with everything behind the scenes in our business, from checking stock in, to sending out online orders, and all the systems, processes and storage boxes that involves! It's a very hands-on role and you'll work closely with the team, so if you like getting stuck in, are a good communicator and have fantastic attention to detail, get in touch!
This is a great opportunity to really make a difference in a small business as it grows, and if you've got experience of helping improve the way a retail business runs, even better. There's also lots of opportunity to support some of the reporting and analytics side of our business as well, so if you have experience of spreadsheets, systems and data analysis that could also be useful.

This is an in-person role based in Oxford and paid hourly at the Oxford Living wage. Hours are a bit flexible as long as the core tasks are completed, so please let us know your availability and preferences when you get in touch.

Marketing & Communications Executive
Are you a great communicator keen to use your skills and experience to engage customers and help a small business grow?
We’re looking for someone to help Sarah across all the 'front end' areas of our business, from updating the website, to doing keyword research and writing blogs to support our SEO, and writing our emails. You'll work closely with Sarah and Joanna, our Social Media Manager, to help tell our story across all channels, as well as supporting with our PR work, award submissions, our sustainability and impact reporting, and photoshoots and events to get our new products to market.
This is a varied role and a fantastic opportunity to become a core part of our team at an exciting juncture, with a new shop in Brighton, growing e-commerce, new products on the way, and new B Corp standards to get ready for.

Our Y.O.U Oxford shop is the heart of both our business and the amazing experience we provide to our customers, and we’re looking for friendly faces to join our team.
We need you to have a love of delighting customers, going above and beyond to make them feel welcome, tell the story of our business and the products we stock, and provide a great experience. We want you to have a solid background in retail, but this role goes beyond the usual work on displays, stock organisation, and keeping everything clean and tidy, as you’ll be a key part of a business making a difference. If you’re interested in sustainability, hate fast fashion, care about the details and want to be part of an amazing team, get in touch.
Central Oxford based, flexible (part-time) hours, but definitely including weekends, paid hourly at the Oxford Living Wage.
Some seasonal opportunities over the Christmas period are also available.
