How to Measure Yourself

Chest band: wrap the tape measure around your body, just under your bust.

Bust: measure the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: measure around your body approximately 5cm below your natural waist where the waistband of trousers normally sit.

Lower hip: wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

These are by far the most comfortable underwear I've found,I don't want to wear anything else now! The quality is excellent - really soft cotton. The fit is great; I'm a small size 8 usually and the size 6 here is perfect. Really wonderful product!
