How to Measure Yourself

Chest band: wrap the tape measure around your body, just under your bust.

Bust: measure the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: measure around your body approximately 5cm below your natural waist where the waistband of trousers normally sit.

Lower hip: wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Really nice quality pants and as the description says they fit smoothly which i find especially important under suit trousers for work. For me they come up a bit smaller than expected so i’ll order one size up from my usual size next time.
